Standing 6 metres tall, After the Dance is a mirror-polished stainless steel sculpture of ballet slippers, designed for the English National Ballet School. Rather than depicting movement, the work reflects what lingers after performance, the discipline, beauty, and emotion of dance. Its liquid-like surface reflects the surrounding plaza and celebrates the quiet intensity of the art form.
